Department-level AI agents
An AI team for every department. One director splits the work. And you sign off.
Shara is a desktop app with one agent per area: finance, sales, legal, support. You give the job to Amadeus, the director, and he decides who is needed, starts them all at once and comes back with a single answer. Sending, paying and publishing wait for your approval.
Closed beta, ten to fifteen companies. No promised date: when it is ready, we say so.

Done. I coordinated two specialists and consolidated the result:
- Finance: Q1 close reviewed, revenue €184,300, gross margin 62%, no issues.
- Sales: sales proposal drafted from the close, ready for review.
Everything is logged in the audit trail. Want me to generate the PDF and leave it in approvals?
Amadeus can be wrong. Always double-check critical information before acting.

Hi Marta, thanks for your interest. The annual plan includes guided onboarding and three months free: you pay nine and use twelve. I've attached a tailored proposal for 12 seats with scope, milestones and terms. Happy to set up a call this week.

A team with a director, not a chat with prompts.
One director.
You pick no agent and write no prompts. You tell Amadeus, and he splits it across the twenty specialists.
Under your signature.
Sending, paying and publishing are not executed: they are proposed. Your approval queue decides, and every call is written down.
Inside Europe.
The processing and the data never leave the European Union. And if that is still not enough, Concerto Local runs on your own machine, with its cloud quota switched off if that is what you want.
1 · You ask
You ask the way you would ask a person.
No templates, no syntax and no picking who does it. You type or dictate, in whatever language you speak, and that is it.
“Draft the Nordia renewal proposal at our usual margin, and tell me whether the contract ties us to anything odd.”
2 · He splits it
Amadeus sees three jobs where you saw one.
He reads the request, decides which specialists are needed and starts all three at once. You chose nobody.
| Agent | Area | What it did | Model | STU |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Graham | Finance | Nordia’s real margin in 2025 | Sonata | 6,600 |
| Carnegie | Sales | Draft the renewal proposal | Sonata | 19,800 |
| Holmes | Legal | Risks in the current contract | Symphony | 36,750 |
| Amadeus | Direction | Synthesis and closing the run | Symphony | 5,500 |
68,650 STU in total. The smallest plan carries 50 million a month: around seven hundred and twenty jobs like this one.
Illustrative example, but the figures are calibrated against the billing engine: a typical task costs around 11,000 STU on Sonata and around 36,750 on Symphony. The agents, areas, models and caps are the real ones; the client and the contract are not.
3 · They work
Each knows their field, and yours.
They do not improvise your company context: they have it written down. And they act on your real tools, not on a copy.
| Alias | When it steps in | In this job |
|---|---|---|
| Prelude | Classifying, extracting, short answers | Reading the PDF and pulling the clauses |
| Sonata | Day to day: email, proposals, analysis | Working out the margin and drafting |
| Symphony | The hard part: strategy, contracts, risk | Judging what the contract ties you to |
| Concerto | On your own hardware | Concerto Local only |
They are aliases, deliberately. The real names sit under NDA: if we switch provider because another is better or cheaper, your integration does not break and your bill notices.
4 · You sign
Anything with consequences does not go out alone.
The agent leaves it ready and waits. You approve, adjust or discard. Sending, paying and publishing always wait.
5 · It is written down
Who did what, when, and what it cost.
The log is not rewritten. Any answer can be traced backwards to the call that produced it.
Look at the last two lines: the email does not leave until a named person approves it, and that approval is written down like everything else.
The limits
A cap that cuts, not one that warns.
Three brakes, configurable. These are the defaults, and the billing engine enforces them, not an internal policy.

- 10,000,000

If an agent tries to go past that, Shara stops the run and tells the administrator. It is not an email at month end: it is a cut.
What it also does not do
It does not train models on your data
Neither yours nor your clients’. That is not a product promise: it is how the path is wired.
It sends nothing without your approval
Not overnight either, and not “because it was obvious”. Sending, paying and publishing all wait.
It does not hide a missing fact
Each agent’s doctrine tells it to say it does not have the data rather than fill the gap on its own.
It does not lock you in
Export to JSON or CSV whenever you want, and on Concerto Local you decide what leaves your network: with the cloud quota switched off, nothing.
And outside the hours you set, the expensive models step down to cheaper ones on their own. The service does not stop: it gets cheaper.
Where you already work
It acts on your tools, not on a copy.
They connect over OAuth, with your approval. Agents read and write there, in the same accounts your team uses.
Plus two generic ones: an OAuth 2.0 connector for whatever you run, and web search. All of them from the smallest plan.
36 · More are on the roadmap, with no promised date. They are listed so you know where we are heading, not to sell them before they exist.
The pilot is ten to fifteen companies.
We want service firms with a lot of repeated manual work and an appetite to tell us what is wrong. Tell us what you would do with Shara.
