Data entirely in the EU
Inference and your data are processed wholly inside the European Union, on European sovereign infrastructure, with no international transfer. For regulated sectors, Concerto Local runs on your own infrastructure and its cloud quota is a switch: with it off, nothing leaves.
Full traceability
Every action by every agent is recorded: which agent acted, which model it used and what it cost. You can audit any conversation from beginning to end, with no blind spots.
Human approval
Sensitive actions always wait for your sign-off. The agent prepares the email, the payment or the proposal; you sign it. Nothing critical runs without a person in the loop.
You own your data outright
You keep full ownership of your information, with export in standard formats (JSON/CSV) whenever you want. We do not train models on your data and we do not share it.
Spend under control
