Shara

Shara is a team of AI agents for your company, coordinated by a director called Amadeus. Each agent covers one area (sales, finance, customer service, legal and more), works in your tone and follows your rules. You talk to Amadeus, and Amadeus gets the work done.

Shara doesn’t replace your people: it takes the repetitive work off their plate. Anything that has an effect in the real world, like sending an email or issuing an invoice, waits for your approval. Everything is recorded in an audit log you can check.

  • One team, one point of contact. You ask Amadeus; it decides which specialist does what and gives you a single answer.
  • Your voice. Everything comes out in your tone and with your rules, kept in a file called IDENTITY.md for each agent.
  • You keep control. Money, contracts and external messages need your sign-off. Nothing runs behind your back.
  • Predictable cost. One unit of measure, the STU, and a monthly quota in every plan. Spending limits stop anything that runs away.

SMEs without a technical team who want to delegate repetitive office work without giving up control. It fits especially well in accounting and tax advisory firms, B2B consultancies and marketing agencies. The full explanation, with a request followed step by step, is in the Introduction.

  1. Read First steps: activate your account, invite your team and leave your first task.
  2. Look at the Agent catalog to see who is on the team.
  3. Compare Plans and pricing and pick the one that fits.
