Included on every plan.

Plans differ in how many agents you pick, the model behind Amadeus, the STU allowance, support and the CRM connectors. Everything else comes with every plan.

Spending holds no surprises: you know what your plan includes, what going over costs and where it pauses.

Overage

If you go over your allowance, the service carries on and you pay the overage at €5 for every million STU over it, the same on every cloud plan. From 130% it switches to saving mode and at 200% it pauses until the next period. What you do not use of your allowance (up to 20% of the base allowance) rolls into the next month and expires after two months. If you use less than 1% of your allowance in a month, nothing carries over.

Additional agents

From Max you can add five more specialists (Curie, Kerckhoffs, Nightingale, Brunel and Barnum) for €99 a month each, plus 15 M STU. On Concerto Local they are included. You add them one by one through support.

Spending caps

An agent never spends without a limit. If a run reaches a cap, Shara stops it and tells the administrator.

How you pay.

Three periods, and the one you choose is billed up front. The longer it is, the more months we give you.

Monthly

No minimum term. You can leave whenever you like.

Six months

You pay 5 months and use 6: 1 month free. It is a commitment for the chosen period, with fourteen days to change your mind.

One year

You pay 9 months and use 12: 3 months free. It saves the most, with the same commitment and the same fourteen days.

Concerto Local

Concerto Local: Shara on your own server.

For companies whose data cannot leave their network: regulated sectors or contracts that require data to stay on their network. Everything included and no overage, at a price agreed to fit your deployment. We install it on your infrastructure, on site or remotely.

Everything runs on your hardware

Amadeus and the 20 agents work with the Concerto model on your server. With the cloud switched off, no task leaves your network.

The cloud is a switch

It comes with 60 M STU a month in the cloud for the tasks you choose to send to Amadeus. You switch it on or off from the administration console. The allowance is fixed: it does not accumulate and it never generates overage.

Your data stays on your server

It needs the Internet: sign-in and session renewal go through the Shara cloud. The licence is valid for 7 days and the server renews it daily by itself. If it cannot, you get 30 days of grace with everything normal and a warning; after that you can still read and export your data, but not write or run agents until the connection is back.

Concerto is a single, top-tier model and runs on your company’s server. These are the requirements; we size the deployment with you from your real volume.

Questions about pricing and billing

What is an STU?

The unit we use to measure the agents’ work (Shara Token Units). A short request uses few and a long one, with plenty of documents, uses more. Every plan includes a monthly allowance.

What happens if I go over my allowance?

If you go over, the service carries on and you pay the overage at €5 per million STU. From 130% of your allowance it switches to saving mode, and at 200% it pauses until the next period. And the spending caps stop a single run from running away.

Is there a minimum term?

Paying month to month, none. With the six-month or the annual plan you commit to that period and have fourteen days to change your mind. Concerto Local starts at six months.

Do the prices include VAT?

Yes. Prices are final, in euros and VAT included.

Can I have Shara on my own server?

Yes, with Concerto Local. The Concerto model runs on your server and that work never leaves your network. It is explained above, on this same page.

And if I want to leave?

You export a .zip yourself, with one NDJSON file per table, from Settings (the owner or an admin, once every 24 h); if you need CSV, we prepare it for you. When the contract ends we delete it, except what the law requires us to keep.
