You ask. Amadeus delegates. You sign off.

This is how a sentence of yours becomes finished work, with a last step that is always yours. No templates, no picking who gets it, and everything in writing.

Three steps

From your sentence to a result you signed.

The three steps and what happens in each. The third is always yours.

1. The request

Ask the way you would ask a colleague.

You write what you need. There are no templates and you do not have to pick who gets it.

  • In your own words, even when the request is long or touches several areas.
  • Amadeus talks to whoever runs the company. Each person in a department talks to the agent for their area.
  • Every agent works with your company’s identity: your tone, your vocabulary and your processes, in writing.

2. The hand-off

Amadeus organises it.

He decides which specialists are needed and puts them to work at the same time.

  • Each one gets only the context it needs for its part.
  • Agents do not talk among themselves behind your back: everything goes through Amadeus.
  • They work with the tools you already use, with your permission.
  • In the end you get a single answer, with what is waiting for your sign-off in plain view.

3. The approval queue

Nothing goes out without your sign-off.

Anything that leaves your company, or cannot be undone, waits in the queue until a person decides.

  • You see the email, the payment or the post exactly as it would go out. You approve it, edit it or discard it.
  • If you discard it, you can say why: the agent takes it into account next time.
  • A person with the right permission signs. A bot cannot approve.
  • If nobody decides in time, it does not go out: silence is a no.

Sample data. Nordia is a fictional company.

Control

While they work, you stay in charge.

Three things that work without you having to watch them.

  • Spending caps

There is a cap per run, per hour and per day. If an agent reaches it, Shara stops the run and tells the administrator.

    per run
    1,000,000 STU
    per hour
    10,000,000 STU
    per day
    80,000,000 STU
  • Everything is recorded

Who did what, when, with which model and what it cost. And who approved it, with the before and the after. The record is chained: if anyone alters a line, it shows.

  • Web and desktop

The web app, the desktop app for Windows, Mac and Linux, and a desktop agent that works on your computer, with everything recorded in its activity log.

STU

What an STU is, and what each request costs.

The STU is the unit Shara uses to measure the agents’ work, whatever model sits underneath. Your plan includes an allowance each month and you can see what it is spent on.

How it is counted

  • One STU is one weighted token. Shara counts what the agent reads and what it writes, and applies the weight of the model that handled it.
  • Writing weighs more than reading, and a more capable model weighs more than a light one: the same sentence costs more with Symphony than with Prelude, and yet every STU costs the same on any model.
  • There are no hidden rates: with the same model and the same volume, the spend in STU is always the same.
  • Amadeus hands each request to the right model, so routine work does not cost what complex work does.

What a request costs

A short one
Sorting an email, pulling the data out of a message or drafting a brief reply. It costs little, especially with Prelude or Sonata.
A medium one
Drafting a proposal, summarising a long thread or preparing a report with data. It costs more because what it reads and what it writes both grow.
A long one
Going through a contract clause by clause, a strategic analysis or in-depth research. It weighs the most and on Max is usually handled by Symphony.

The same request, three models

A task of 8,000 input tokens and 1,200 output tokens. It is an order of magnitude to help you picture it, not a rate card.

Prelude
about 5,500 STU
Sonata
about 38,500 STU
Symphony
about 48,500 STU

The caps per run, per hour and per day are above, in Control. Concerto Local is separate: the Concerto model on your server uses no STU, and the optional cloud comes with a fixed 60 M STU a month and no overage. It is explained on its own page.

Memory

It remembers what you already discussed, only inside your company.

The agents do not start from scratch in every conversation. Shara keeps what is worth remembering and recalls it when the task needs it. It comes with First, Pro, Max, and Concerto Local.

  • What it remembers

Facts about your company, decisions, preferences, contacts and business rules. The team can save them by hand, or an agent saves them on its own when something is worth keeping. When it is needed, it looks them up by relevance and uses them.

  • Who sees it

    • Company memory is shared by the team and every agent. A fact about a client is saved here, with the client’s name.
    • An agent’s memory is seen by the people in that agent’s department.
    • Department memory is seen by the whole company and used by the agents in that area.
    • Personal memory is yours alone: nobody else in your company can read or delete it.
  • It never mixes with other companies

One company’s memory never reaches another: it is separated by company in the database. Each agent only receives what is relevant.

  • You can see it, fix it and delete it

It lives in Settings, under Memory: every item can be read, edited or deleted. You can also ask an agent, with a “remember that…” or a “forget this”. What is deleted stops appearing and stops being used. Each person manages their own; company memory can be edited by any role except read-only.

Your sign-off

What waits for your sign-off, and what does not.

There is one rule: if it changes something outside Shara or cannot be undone, it goes through you. A sales analysis runs on its own; the email it proposes sending does not.

Waits for your sign-off

  • Sending an email or any message that leaves your company
  • Paying, issuing or changing an invoice
  • Publishing on a channel or social network
  • Decisions about people: holidays, leavers, payroll
  • Deleting or changing data that cannot be recovered

They do on their own

  • Read the tools you have connected
  • Search and summarise
  • Analyse data and prepare reports
  • Draft documents and proposals
  • Split the work between agents

Try it with your real work.

Right now you get in by asking for a seat: 10 to 15 companies, in order of request. We agree the terms with you.
