Shara on your own server, with Concerto.
Concerto Local installs the whole of Shara on your company’s server. Amadeus and every agent work with Concerto, which runs on your network, and you decide what leaves it.

The whole of Shara, inside your network.
It is the same Shara, installed on your company’s server instead of in our cloud. What makes it possible is Concerto: a single, top-tier model that runs on your own server.
Who it is for
-
Data that cannot leave your network
Information that, by your decision or your client’s, has to stay on your infrastructure.
-
Regulated sectors
Healthcare, the public sector, finance, defence and other organisations whose contract or regulation (strict GDPR, professional secrecy) rules out processing data in third-party clouds.
-
Data that stays on your network
Contracts with clauses that require processing to happen on infrastructure under your control.
What is included.
Everything in one plan, with nothing to buy separately.
-
The whole of Shara on your server
The application, the database with your company’s information and Concerto, the model that drives it all. We install it with you, on site or remotely.
-
Amadeus and every agent
Amadeus and the 20 agents, the 5 additional ones too, at no extra charge. On other plans those 5 can be added from Max.
-
Custom pricing, no overage
Everything included. Concerto is not measured in STU and the cloud allowance is fixed, so there is no overage to pay.
How the day to day works.
Your team uses Shara as on any other plan. What changes is where the work happens.
-
Everything runs on your hardware
Amadeus and the 20 agents work with Concerto on your server. With the cloud switched off, no task leaves your network.
-
The cloud is a switch
It is optional and you switch it on or off yourself, from the administration console. Switched on, you can send tasks to Amadeus in our EU cloud, with a fixed allowance of 60 M STU a month. It does not accumulate and it never generates overage.
-
Your data stays on your server
It needs the Internet: sign-in and session renewal go through the Shara cloud. The signed licence is valid for 7 days and the server renews it daily by itself. If it cannot, you get 30 days of grace with everything normal and a warning; after that you can still read and export your data, but not write or run agents until the connection is back.
-
Updates
Each update starts with a copy of the database, downloads the new version, applies the migrations and brings the service back up. Within the same minor version the API is backward compatible; major changes are announced in the release notes.
A single Concerto, on your server.
Concerto is a single, top-tier model that runs on your company’s server. These are the requirements; we size the deployment with you from your real volume.
- Graphics
- 8 NVIDIA H200-class GPUs (141 GB each) or higher (B200 or B300)
- Memory
- At least 512 GB of RAM
- Processor
- 64 cores
- Disk
- 2 TB of free NVMe
- System
- Linux with Docker and the NVIDIA driver
Below these requirements the installer will not install. We also support private-cloud deployments (AWS, Azure or GCP) with dedicated GPU machines inside your own account.
It is a high-end server and it is yours: you provide it, host it and maintain it. In return, your data, the agents and the model do not leave your network. It is worth deciding with that in mind.
How to sign up.
It is a tailored project, not a buy button. Three steps.
- 1
We size it with you
From your real volume and your infrastructure we size the Concerto deployment on your server.
- 2
We install it on your server
Installation is included when you sign up for Concerto Local: we do it ourselves, on site or remotely, on your hardware or in your private cloud. If your company has an IT team and prefers to do it itself, that works too.
- 3
You put it to work
With the installation done, your team signs in and starts working with Amadeus and the agents, and you run the console.
Who installs it
We install it for you
Included when you sign up for Concerto Local. We install it ourselves, on site or remotely, and leave it running and connected to Shara.
Your IT team installs it
If your company has an IT team and prefers to do it itself: it is a one-command installer on top of Docker, with a step-by-step guide.
The terms
- It is signed for a minimum of 6 months, at a price agreed with you.
- The DPA is signed on Concerto Local too.
- Priority support, with a person behind it, in European working hours.
What leaves your network and what does not.
It depends on a single switch, and you control it.
With the cloud switched off
- No inference task leaves your network: Amadeus and the agents work with Concerto on your server.
- Your data and the database are on your infrastructure.
- Apart from the licence check, updates and the connectors you switch on, nothing goes out. The licence check carries no business data.
With the cloud switched on
- The tasks you choose to send to Amadeus are handled in our EU cloud, within the fixed allowance of 60 M STU a month.
- Everything else stays on your server.
- You can switch it off again whenever you like from the administration console.
In both cases the governance is the same: human oversight, the approval queue, the run log and spending cut-offs apply just as before. What changes is where the computing happens, not how it is controlled. How we protect the rest.
Questions about Concerto Local
Is Concerto several models?
No, it is a single one. It runs on your server, which has to meet the requirements above.
How much does it cost?
We do not publish a price: we agree it with you for your deployment, everything included and no overage. It is signed for a minimum of 6 months.
What do I take on compared with the cloud?
The server: you provide it, host it and maintain it, to the requirements above. In return, your data does not leave your network.
Who looks after availability and backups?
You do, because the installation runs on your infrastructure. The availability commitments of the SLA do not apply to Concerto Local; the support ones do, on Max’s timings (section 3 of the SLA). Backups are yours, unless the order form says otherwise.
Do you get into our installation?
No. If remote support is needed, a tunnel is opened that you control, temporary and revocable.
Tell us about your server and we will size it with you.
Right now you get in by asking for a seat: 10 to 15 companies, in order of request. We agree the terms with you.
