Work where you already work.

Shara connects to your company’s tools: email, calendar, chat, documents, CRM and invoicing. It connects with your permission. The universal connectors come with every plan; HubSpot and Pipedrive come from Pro.

Connectors

19 connectors, with your permission.

Each one is switched on when you authorise it. And if you come from another CRM, bring your contacts and companies from Excel, CSV (including a Salesforce export), HubSpot or Pipedrive, seeing first which field goes where.

Names and logos are trademarks of their respective owners. Shara shows them only for identifying the tool it connects to; their presence implies no relationship, sponsorship or endorsement. Trademarks belong to their owners

Shara also has its own MCP server

To query Shara from Cursor or any other MCP client: your company’s indicators, its memory and escalating a matter to an agent. The owner, an admin or IT creates the token in Settings → MCP; anything it writes asks for your approval.

How to connect it
Permissions

What it reads alone and what needs your sign-off.

Connecting a tool is not a blank cheque: reading needs no approval; anything that has an effect outside Shara waits for it.

Waits for your sign-off

  • Sending an email or a message
  • Publishing content
  • Issuing or changing an invoice
  • Deleting or changing important records

They do on their own

  • Read emails, events and files
  • Search and summarise
  • Draft documents and proposals
  • Look up CRM contacts and deals
How it connects

Connecting a tool needs no technician.

No integration project and no technical team.

Beyond

Beyond connectors.

For what has no connector, there are two agents that work on your computer and on your server.

  • Desktop app

To use Shara like any other application on your computer. Windows, Mac and Linux.

  • Desktop agent

Works on your computer with access to your whole profile: it reads, writes and runs programs. What it deletes goes to the Recycle Bin, it never touches passwords, keychains or cookies, and everything is kept in an activity log.

  • Server agent

For servers with nobody in front: the agents read folders, files, logs, Docker and services. Any change waits for an administrator’s approval.

Missing your tool?

If it has an MCP server, connect it yourself from Integrations (up to 20); every action asks for your approval. Otherwise, tell us.
