Plans and pricing
Shara has four plan families: First, Pro and Max in the cloud (hosted in the EU), and Concerto Local, which deploys everything on-premise on your own infrastructure. Max also scales into two high-concurrency variants (Max ×5 and Max ×20). All of them share the same product (Amadeus as director, the departmental agents, the connectors and the orchestration); what changes between plans is the monthly consumption quota (measured in STU), how many departmental agents you choose, the model that leads the orchestra and the support level. Amadeus is included in every plan.
Plans at a glance
Section titled “Plans at a glance”Each plan includes a monthly STU quota. STU (Shara Token Units) is the unit we use to measure how much your agents work: the longer or more complex a task, the more STU it uses. If you use more than your quota, the extra is called overage and is billed at a flat rate (see below). Each plan also has a director: the model that powers Amadeus, who coordinates the rest of the agents. Models are always named by their alias, never by their real provider: Symphony (high capacity), Sonata (regular production), Prelude (agile tasks) and Concerto (the model that runs locally, in three sizes).

During the pilot you join by asking for a seat; we coordinate the sign-up and the first payment with you. Max ×5, Max ×20 and Concerto Local are sales-assisted plans: the detail is tailored to your case via contact. All cloud plans are hosted in the EU (GDPR); Concerto Local runs on your own infrastructure, with an optional cloud bundle that you switch on or off.
€129/month, 50M STU. The entry point: gets an essential AI team up and running with no technical installation. Amadeus and the departmental agents work with Prelude, the agile model for day-to-day tasks.

IDENTITY.mdper agent: they learn your tone, your vocabulary and your processes.- Multi-conversation semantic memory, on every plan: agents remember agreements, decisions and client context.
- Your data is kept separate from every other company’s, a complete audit log and a data processing agreement (DPA, article 28 of the GDPR), plus email support.
€349/month, 140M STU. Almost triple the quota for teams that already have Shara embedded in their daily operations. Amadeus moves up to Sonata, with much more consumption headroom, twice the agent roster (you choose 10) and email support with a person behind it. It’s the recommended plan for most SMEs.

Support
Section titled “Support”First and Pro: email support, with a person behind it. Max and above: priority support. Any response commitments are set out in the service level agreement signed with the contract.
Max ×5 and Max ×20
Section titled “Max ×5 and Max ×20”When volume or concurrency grows, Max scales into two variants that keep everything from Max and expand the quota. Both are hired with sales.

Both expand the quota, with no user limit, like every plan. One price per company, not per user. Both include the same 15 departmental agents as Max and can add the same additional agents, with the Symphony director.
Concerto Local
Section titled “Concerto Local”Custom pricing (contact sales), on-premise. Deployment on your infrastructure (your hardware or your private cloud). The database, the agents and the Concerto model run on your network. It has two modes. In local-only mode no inference call leaves your network. In hybrid mode, which you switch on and off from the console, Amadeus can resolve in the EU cloud (with Symphony) the tasks you send it, using a bundle of 60M STU/month included. The bundle is fixed: no overage and no rollover.
- Everything included: the app, the local Concerto engine and all the agents.
- 60M STU/month for Amadeus in the cloud (hybrid mode only). Switched off, it uses nothing.
- Director Amadeus plus the full 20 departmental agents (the 15 from Max plus the 5 additional ones), all included at no extra charge, with no choosing needed.
- A single Concerto, on your server: a top-tier model that runs on a server with 8 GPUs of H200 class or higher. Detail in Concerto Local.
- Built for regulated sectors and contracts with data sovereignty clauses.
- Licensing with Ed25519 signatures. It needs the Internet to sign in. The licence is valid for 7 days and the server renews it daily by itself. If it cannot, 30 days of grace with everything normal; after that you can only read and export until the connection is back.
- Priority support in European business hours.
- Hired for at least six months, at a price agreed with sales.
Which agents each plan includes
Section titled “Which agents each plan includes”Amadeus, the orchestrator, comes on every plan. The main difference between plans is how many of the 15 departmental agents you choose: First picks 5, Pro picks 10 and Max has all 15. You can change your choice during the first 14 days; after that you can only add agents by moving up a plan.

Name and image packs
Section titled “Name and image packs”Every company chooses how its agents are named and what they look like. The slug, the tools and the way each agent works do not change. There are 8 ready-made packs on every plan: Shara (the original), Orchestra, Olympus, Planets, Philosophers, Scientists, Explorers and Painters. From First you can build your own pack, naming each agent and giving it a photo, at no cost. From Pro, we make a custom pack for you in the style you want, at no cost. Your company name and slogan appear top left on every plan.
The director and the models by plan
Section titled “The director and the models by plan”Each plan assigns a different model to lead the orchestra and to the departmental agents. We always work with the aliases; the real names of the underlying LLMs stay under NDA, so if we switch provider for better quality or cost, your operation isn’t affected.

In the app, Shara chooses the model for each step according to your plan, the time of day and your quota. Outside business hours, on cloud plans, it moves to saving mode (Symphony drops to Sonata and Sonata to Prelude); Concerto Local never drops. Through the API you choose the alias, up to the ceiling of your plan: asking for a higher one answers 422 alias_plan_mismatch.
Connectors
Section titled “Connectors”The connectors (desktop-agent, server-agent, Gmail, calendar, Slack and the rest) are included in every plan from First. The exceptions are HubSpot and Pipedrive, exclusive to Pro and above. What differentiates plans is the STU quota, the number of agents, the director model, the support level and these two connectors.
Additional agents
Section titled “Additional agents”On Max and above you can grow the roster with specialized additional agents; on Concerto Local they all come included already, at no extra cost. Each additional agent adds work capacity and quota to your team.

Additional agents cover R&D (Curie), cybersecurity (Kerckhoffs), analytics and BI (Nightingale), engineering (Brunel) and events (Barnum). Until they are hired they are not available to your company. On Max you add them whenever you need from Settings → Plan and billing, with the prorated charge for the period; on Concerto Local they’re already all active by default.
Six-month and annual billing: free months, with a commitment for that period
Section titled “Six-month and annual billing: free months, with a commitment for that period”Six-month billing is paid with one month free (16% off) and annual with three: you’re billed for nine months out of twelve, 25% less than the monthly price. These discounts are for the cloud plans; Concerto Local has no list price and is agreed with sales. That discount is the consideration for a commitment to the period you choose: you have fourteen days from signing up to withdraw with a full refund and, once they’ve passed, cancellation prevents renewal but the current period isn’t cut short and isn’t refunded. Annual is the recommended option once you know Shara is already part of your operations: it lowers the effective cost and consolidates the fee into a single charge. The monthly STU quota stays the same and is anchored to your billing cycle.
How to choose your plan
Section titled “How to choose your plan”Two variables drive the decision: how many departments you want to cover with agents and how much you’ll use them (the STU quota). As a guide:
- You’re starting out and want to validate the model: First. You pick the 5 departments that matter most, with plenty of margin to test real operation.
- You already use it daily and want more departments: Pro. It’s the recommended plan for most SMEs, advisory firms and agencies: you pick 10 agents, plus HubSpot, Pipedrive and Salesforce, and get almost triple the quota.
- Intensive multi-department operation and every department covered: Max, with all 15 agents, the highest-capacity director and additional agents on demand.
- Large teams with many users in parallel: Max ×5 or Max ×20, which expand the quota.
- Sensitive data, a regulated sector or mandatory data sovereignty: Concerto Local, on your own servers, with the cloud bundle optional.
If you’re torn between two plans, start with the lower one: moving up a plan is immediate, and the €5/M overage avoids cuts up to double your quota (at 200% it pauses until the next period). The practical rule is to size by number of agents first and adjust the quota afterwards by looking at your real consumption on the dashboard.
Overage and spending control
Section titled “Overage and spending control”If you exceed your monthly quota, extra STU is billed at a flat rate of €5 per million STU across all paid plans. Concerto Local has no overage: inference is on-premise and doesn’t bill by use, and its cloud bundle is fixed. On top of that, every cloud plan carries automatic three-tier spending limits so spending never spikes by surprise. They are set in STU, not in euros. If in a month you consume less than 1% of the quota, nothing is carried over.

The owner or an admin can edit these limits or turn them off from the app. The hourly and daily cuts lift on their own as soon as their window drops below the threshold, and the per-run cut after one hour. An admin can lift them earlier, and can also set a manual pause that doesn’t lift on its own. As a guide, at the overage rate they are equivalent to €5, €50 and €400.
